Welcome to CCA Spirit Store, ran by the Chatter Shop! We’re so glad you’re here. Please take a moment to review our store policies before making a purchase.

Purchases & Payment

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods at checkout.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review it carefully to ensure your shipping address and items are correct.  

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 14 business days, unless items are custom and require further detail. Items will be delivered to the school to be passed out by staff.  

If you require further shipping, please email chattershop@chatteracademy.org to ensure we are able to add shipping to your order. 

Tracking information will be sent once your order is completed at the shop. It does sit in a holding area until we are completed and ready for delivery to the school. 

We are not responsible for delays which require further clarification or reproduction. 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Final sale items (such as clearance, personalized, or seasonal products) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size/item is not available, a refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.

Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear on your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund. Please email the chattershop@chatteracademy.org to ensure message is received. 

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified.
